About Frazier VitalCare

Frazier VitalCare is a nurse-owned healthcare staffing agency dedicated to providing dependable staffing support to healthcare facilities throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Built by a nurse for nurses and facilities that rely on quality patient care.

Our Story

I started my career 28 years ago as a CNA. I fell in love with nursing from the start. I loved helping patients and met some great supportive CNAs that showed me the ropes, and I am still friends with them to this day.

A few years into my career after some life challenges I realized I wanted to do more so I went on to nursing school.

I went on to work in many different medical environments from long-term care, the operating room at a local hospital, and correctional nursing. My heart remained with long-term care.

Eventually, I began working with nurse staffing agencies searching for one that truly supported nurses while still allowing the flexibility to choose shifts and create financial freedom.

After years of working with different agencies, I realized many did not fully stand behind the nurses they employed. That's when I decided to create something different.

Frazier VitalCare was built to support both healthcare professionals and the facilities they serve - with reliability, compassion, professionalism, and true understanding of the challenges nurses face every day.
